    The Residence The structure is situated in proximity of the Fair of Bologna and is obtained on the ground floor of a two-storey building.
    Our studios have a size from 28 square meters (with two beds and the possibility of a third bed) to 36 square meters (with three beds and the possibility of a fourth bed).

  • Refrigerator with small freezer
  • TV with digital terrestrial and satellite TV plant

    We can organize, with our own resources , tourist services or transfer services with Fair, Railway Station and Airport.
